Our latest advertising campaign features some of the many benefits available to Amazon employees in the UK. This includes the Career Choice program*, which is a contribution of up to £3,000 a year, every year, made by Amazon towards the training and education of eligible associates in a field of their choosing. For eligible employees, Amazon pre-pays 100% of tuition and reimburses approved books and fees, up to a yearly maximum. We also celebrate the Term-time working program**, in which employees with school aged children can apply to get guaranteed 10 weeks off in the year to coincide with school holidays through a mix of paid holiday and unpaid leave. Career Choice is an education benefit that empowers eligible employees to learn new skills for career success at Amazon or elsewhere. It pre-pays up to 100% of tuition fees and associated costs for nationally recognised courses: up to £3,000 per year, every year.

As of 2025, more than 23,000 employees in the UK have participated in Career Choice, with the number standing at 250,000 globally.

Courses available include accountancy, HGV driving, and software development, and are designed to help employees build careers at Amazon or elsewhere. It means eligible employees are given the opportunity to gain the skills and qualifications needed to follow their career aspirations
