We were thrilled that our customers voted us the top UK brand for customer service in the Customer Satisfaction Index by the Institute of Customer Service. This is the sixth consecutive time we have won this award and we really appreciate this feedback from our customers.

The UK Customer Satisfaction Index is the national measure of customer satisfaction. It gives a unique insight into the quality of customer service in the UK and is based on a six-monthly online survey of consumers, demographically representative of the UK population.
The July 2018 results are based on over 10,000 customers’ responses to an online questionnaire relating to their experience with a specific organisation. The awards measure how satisfied customers are with retailers, considering great prices, service and convenience.
