Amazon and Co-op have announced that, for the first time, customers are now able to do their full grocery shop by choosing from thousands of Co-op products on Amazon.co.uk. The Co-op on Amazon storefront will be available on Amazon.co.uk and on the Amazon.co.uk app, making it as easy as possible to shop.

Everything you need for your weekly shop

Prime customers will have access to thousands of Co-op groceries including Co-op own-brand products and Co-op Fairtrade selection, and many more popular national brands on Amazon.co.uk, all sourced directly from a local Co-op store. Expanding to the rest of the UK

Co-op on Amazon will initially be available in the majority of postcodes within Glasgow in addition to surrounding areas including Hamilton and Paisley, before being expanded to more Prime members across the UK in the coming months.

John Boumphrey, Amazon UK Country Manager, said: “Our partnership with Co-op is another way for us to provide our Amazon Prime customers with more choice, value and convenience to shop for their everyday groceries.

"The launch of Co-op on Amazon.co.uk means Prime members in Glasgow will be able to use Co-op on Amazon as part of the benefits, at no extra cost, wherever it is available. Prime provides access to the best of Amazon, and we are looking forward to being able to expand the offering to more of the UK throughout the course of the year.”
