Amazon Fresh has launched a Tesco Clubcard Price Match directing online shoppers to hundreds of everyday groceries, from fresh produce to high quality meat and fish, which will be ‘matched and locked’ to Tesco Clubcard deals every week and delivered right to their door. Amazon Fresh provided the cheapest basket in the Grocer 33 study week (commencing 4th July) – 78p cheaper than second-placed Tesco, and costing just 3.7% more than this time last year compared to 8.5% for the leading supermarkets overall.
Amazon Fresh is committed to making it as easy as possible for customers to find good value products in the face of rising living costs for customers around the country and the Tesco Clubcard Price Match is just one of several price-led initiatives on the Amazon storefront, including multi-buy promotions, offers on premium brands such as Booths and Charlie Bigham’s, and ongoing deals on the ‘by Amazon’ private label range.

Deals in the promotion starting today include 32% off Tropicana Orange Juice Original with Bits 1.75L now only £3, 46% off by Amazon Stone-baked Margherita Pizza now only £2 and 19% off Cathedral City Extra Mature Cheddar 550g now only £4.45.
Thousands of grocery items from major brands are available on Amazon Fresh for Prime members, including Whole Foods Market, Birds Eye, Danone, Coca-Cola, Warburtons, and Walkers, as well as premium products from artisan and local producers, including GAIL’s Artisan Bakery, C.Lidgate, and Paxton & Whitfield.
Prime members also benefit from our fastest grocery delivery offer in the UK, which is typically same-day for orders placed before 9pm in most areas (where Amazon Fresh delivery is available). This is in addition to Prime benefits including fast delivery on all purchases, Prime Video, Prime Music and much more.
The service is currently available in London and parts of the Southeast, Leeds, Sheffield, Portsmouth, Liverpool, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester and Newcastle.
