It’s official: Last One Laughing is returning to Prime Video in the UK for a second series with a new line-up of comedians confirmed and Jimmy Carr back in the host’s seat alongside his deputy Roisin Conaty.
The comedy show sees 10 of the UK's funniest people assembled in one room with the very simple challenge of making each other laugh—without laughing themselves.
Over the course of the series, they will use every ounce of their comedic talents to try and break their opponents without cracking up. And it’s not just their rivals they need to watch out for. The show is packed with comedy cameos, format twists, and surprises designed to elicit laughs from both players and viewers alike.

Bob Mortimer won series 1 and will return in series 2 to defend his crown. In series 1, he beat stiff competition from comedians including Daisy May Cooper, Joe Lycett, Judi Love, and Rob Beckett.
