The track-by-track experience intersperses Swift’s commentary throughout the album, offering insight into her inspiration for songs like “Clara Bow,” “Florida!!! (feat Florence + The Machine)” and “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?”

In the commentary, Swift reveals details like how “Clara Bow” was inspired by her experiences with women being pitted against one another in the music industry, and how watching Dateline made her think about the theme of reinvention for “Florida!!!”
