  • Listen to hundreds of books for free on Audible

    Sometimes it’s just nice to listen to a good story, so we have curated hundreds of audiobook titles by age group for you and your family to listen to for free. From pre-schoolers to adults, there are titles for everyone to enjoy including the Timeless Tales of Beatrix Potter, Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone, Jane Eyre and Pride & Prejudice. You don’t need an account or password. Just click, stream and enjoy.

  • Watch family shows free on Prime Video

    A selection of children and family titles are now available free to watch on Prime Video for all Amazon customers, including Amazon Original children shows such as Just Add Magic, Wishenpoof, and Lost in Oz, as well as popular shows including Peppa Pig, Fireman Sam and In The Night Garden.

    To access the free content on Prime Video, you don’t need a Prime membership, just an Amazon account. You can watch Prime Video on compatible smart TVs, Fire TV cube, Fire TV stick, Apple TV, Virgin V6 boxes, TalkTalk, BT, game consoles and mobile devices and tablets.

  • Enjoy a selection of free family and fitness content on Fire Tablets and Fire TV

    A selection of fun family apps are available for free on Fire Tablets, with a wide variety of educational content for all ages. For children under five, you can pick a show from BBC CBeebies, including Bing: Watch, Play & Learn, IXL – Maths & English, Meet the Numberblocks! and many more. There’s plenty of helpful content to choose from for older children and adults too with spelling help from Let’s Spell, Spanish lessons from Learn Spanish for Beginners, Maths practice with 11+ Maths Practice Papers Lite, as well as access to TED talks.

    For customers looking for fitness inspiration, check out the catalogue of fitness apps available with Fire TV, from free yoga from Simply Yoga to free daily exercise routines from DailyUp Fitness.

  • Listen to playlists and stations with Amazon Music

    For Amazon customers who do not have a Prime membership or subscription to Amazon Music Unlimited, you can still listen to an ad-supported selection of top playlists and thousands of stations for free. Listen on your favourite devices, including Echo devices and via the Amazon Music app on iOS, Android, and Fire TV.

  • #ReadTogether with the Book Depository

    From April 8th to May 5th, the Book Depository – an Amazon-owned online bookseller that specialises in selling books to 180 countries worldwide – will be posting daily book reading videos by internationally renowned authors such as Jay Shetty, Jeffrey Archer and Victoria Aveyard alongside familiar faces including Greg James and Jeremy Vine under the hashtag #ReadTogether. The reading sessions are designed to help keep you entertained while at home and bring us together while staying apart socially. Follow @BookDepository on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter to watch the videos.

  • Free virtual coding programme

    Students, teachers and parents can also access a free virtual coding programme – thanks to Amazon Future Engineer and FireTech. The virtual coding programme will provide learning resources for students while schools are closed, with minimal to zero impact on teachers, to support students and build their interest in computer science. Students can sign up today to access 20 hours of content which includes flying drones, designing smart cities and creating chat bots. The free resources use a Python Programming Platform, exploring ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’ themes, plus a moderated forum and handy FAQs.
