Our goal at Amazon is to make buying online as easy as possible. We know there may be times when the item you ordered didn’t work out as you hoped, or you simply decided it was no longer needed, so we make returns convenient and easy.

We offer free, convenient returns on most items delivered in the UK, and customers should look for the “Free Returns” badge under the price to confirm it is a qualifying item.

Enjoy Extended Returns: For the 2023 festive season, most of the items purchased between November 1 and December 31, 2023 can be returned until January 31, 2024, taking the stress out of festive gifting.

Amazon offers a variety of ways to make a return, without any stress. At least one (usually more) option is always offered for free, and Amazon customers in the UK are often close to a label-free, box-free return drop-off point. The best part? Some returns do not need to be packaged or labelled – we’ve got that covered.

Here are the convenient, free ways you can return an Amazon purchase or gift. Keep in mind that the specific return options shown in your account can depend on your location, the seller, the item, or the reason for the return. In each option below, customers simply select their preferred drop-off option and bring their return QR code and item(s) to the selected location. In most cases, customers don’t need to worry about boxes or labels, as the associates at each drop-off location handle all the packing, labelling, and shipping.

Our free, no-box, label-free returns are available at:
