Meet the new John and Jane Smith in Prime Video’s re-imagining of the hit 2005 action film. Maya Erskine and Donald Glover star as lonely strangers working for a mysterious spy agency with just one catch - they must give up their real identities and pretend to be a married couple. Each week, they navigate a high-risk mission while also facing relationship milestones. Their complex cover story becomes even more complicated when they begin to develop real feelings for each other.

Mr. & Mrs. Smith features an impressive ensemble cast, including Michaela Coel, Paul Dano, John Turturro, Sharon Horgan, Parker Posey, Wagner Moura, and Ron Perlman.
