After much anticipation, The Boys spin-off Gen V will premiere on Prime Video on 29 September.
Set in Godolkin University, a prestigious college for superheroes, Gen V expands the diabolical world of the hit Prime Video series The Boys. The thrilling series follows a group of young supes as they train to be the next generation of heroes – preferably with lucrative endorsements. Alongside the typical college experience, these students also put their physical and moral boundaries to the test to compete for the school’s highly coveted top ranking.
When the young supes discover a dark and sinister plot at the university, they must decide if they will be heroes or villains in their own stories.
The series cast includes Jaz Sinclair, Chance Perdomo, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Con, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Sean Patrick Thomas, and Marco Pigossi. Gen V also has special appearances from Jessie T. Usher, Claudia Doumit, Colby Minifie, and P.J Byrne, reprising their roles from The Boys.
The cast of The Boys including fan favourites like Jack Quaid (Hughie Campbell), Antony Starr (Homelander), Erin Moriarty (Starlight), have also released a diabolical welcome message to the students of Goldokin University filled with advice for the newcomers.
The series will debut exclusively on Prime Video with three episodes on Friday 29 September, followed by weekly episodes, leading to an epic finale on 3 November.
