The LGBT+ Inspirational Leader award recognises LGBT+ business leaders who have been inspirational to others and who have proven themselves to be a positive role model in their organisation and beyond.\n\nLuca Sale is a co-chair of glamazon UK which helps ensure that LGBT+ and questioning employees feel safe, visible, and are supported throughout their career at Amazon. He is a vocal supporter of diversity at Amazon and champions talented individuals regardless of their sexual orientation. He also led the work for Amazon’s participation in London Pride this year.
